Douglas Pearson, a police officer in Aurora, Colo., and an expert on gangs and especially the Bandidos, testified Friday in the trial of the first Twin Peaks shootout defendant that the motorcycle club is an outlaw biker gang.
When prosecutor Michael Jarrett asked him if believed the club to be a criminal outlaw biker gang, he responded, “Most definitely.”
Defendant Christopher Jacob Carrizal, 35, is the president of the Dallas chapter of the Bandidos.
